Rock and Crystal craft terms and conditions. The items listed are a guide to how I do bussiness in my rock shop.    

• Rock and crystal craft reserves the right to cancel a financial transaction or withdrawl an order.  An email would be sent to the perspective buyer to inform them of the issue.
• Every effort is made to honestly describe the items listed for sale.  The photos of items for sale are not edited or modified except to crop or strighten the image. If you need additional information or photos please request before you purchase.
• Computer and internet service is not can go down at times but here at Rock and crystal craft we will make every effort to get back up and running in a timely manor and keep you updated asneeded on any orders in process during any down tome.
• I am not a geologist and may make errors in the dame of stones or crystals. I have identified them to the best of my ability. If you need additional photos of an item it can be arranged. The photo is of the actual item you will recieve. They are all listed individually so luse the image to guide your decision.
• If you have any comments, questions or concerns feel free to share them with me.
• I have an email list that you can be added to that will give you information on promotoins or upcoming envnts. I do not sell any of your information and if requested I will remove you from the list.
