Shipping Policy for Rock and Crystal Craft

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping cost is calculated based on item and package size and weight. Multiple items can be combined when possible.. if ordered at the same time, to save shipping cost. This cost is disclosed during the check out process. 

Please be aware that there may be unforeseen delays due to covid-19 or severe weather issues.
